Reset pword fails

So I just got xenobot again, when it asked me to log into xenosuit it didnt auto load my info. Unfortunately I've forgotten my password (It's auto saved on here thats why I can use this account) I try using the password reset here on the site but it's not working. Tells me my account expired 580~ days ago and that the pword is still incorrect.
Any assistance would be great... this is 2 day of wasted botting time
