i have a problem and i am asking for help here please

like few months ago i bought few accounts from a trusted user on other forum
i didnt request new rk as he is very trusted
i quit for the last 6 months and when i ma back now
i see that i cant get access i used the rk which we both had and changed the email and password
but when i log in it ask for something called authenticator token
is there a way around it ? or i lost my accounts for ever?

btw i dont know when this guy had access within the last 6 month so i dont know if the registered address has been changed yet or no

please i need fast help thanks

well in the lost account interface i found an option to cancel the authentictor using the rk
it is stil lregistered to my address so i ordered new rk hopefully he wont login and kill my characters

If you have the recovery key for the account you can remove the authenticator token in the "lost account" section of tibia.com

yea i did and then logged on the account and applied for new recoverykey , but ofcourse he can still access the account with the old recovery key until the new one received he can rook my account or do whatever he wants
hopefully everything will be good
