Who the fuck asks about a guy's bench press? Deadlifts man. Deadlifts.
I eat a lot of Whey, that's about it. Creatine works but I can't be bothered with it (and get the cheapest brand since they're all equivalent anyways). Pretty much everything else is a bunch of scammy bullshit. Examine.com is THE go-to resource when evaluating food supplements.

My current diet mainly consists of
Eggs & Broccoli
Steaks
Peanutbutter w/ Whole weat
Almonds
Chicken
BCAA
Multivitamin
Fish oils
And I'll take a pre-workout until the bottle is gone, followed by a long break.
No gym, 2 dumbells & calisthenics. 4-7 days a week.

Supposively they're natural. But anything that comes packaged, sold to the masses probably still has garbage in it. I doubt anything is natural if it's sold in a corner store lol. They are good though.

Throw in some bags of frozen veggies and some lean ground beef and you've got my diet.
Also I drink one full fairlife chocolate milk/day (1.5~QT). Hitting about 4k calories makes the 220g protein a pretty easy goal without shakes and that shit.
Bounce between PPL and a 5 day split as far as working out goes, changing it up every 4months or so.
