I lost my password to my account on xeno. I put in my email like I usually do.. An email was never sent. Tried it again.. Email never sent. I wanted to play so I made a new acc.. Made the new account and bought a subscription right away.. It gave me 10 free trial days.. Which I did not even want.. (I wanted to use full xeno).. So I waited 10 days thinking the trial would end and my paid subscription would kick in. Nothing!! I have a receipt # and everything. Please contact!!

sorry to hear about that. Just letting you know your able to add time to your account directly while logged in the forums under the purchase tab. The transaction and premium time has been instantaneous for myself and friends. It also should have overwritten the trial time. Possible you may have accidently created a new account while purchasing the bot. Anyhow I really hope it gets resolved, this bot is truly amazing and absolutely worth every penny!
