Windows 8.1 Administrator problem

What's up!

I was wondering if someone could help me with this "little" problem. Here we go:

I recently installed Windows 8.1 and when I was trying to delete the login password. So when I was wandering around the options I don't know how I deleted the admin privileges in my account, so now I can't run programs like XenoBot or open the Admin Panel.

I tried many things like:

Go to "cmd" and try to activate the administrator hidden user but like I said I haven't admin privileges so the command doesn't work.

Maybe someone can help.

Download Hirens Boot CD.

Burn Image on Pendrive or CD. If you want to burn on USB use example. Rufus program. After burning, set usb boot as first, and choose Windows XP Mini. When XP will load, open program ntpwedit, and do administrator privileges.
