Skilling a 65lvl

Hey guys i have question about skills.
I have my 65lvl EK and his skills are 83/78 and question is where or how can i skill him?
I have PACC etc, and i was thinking about botting just with low dmg weapon and offline training, what kind of place would u recommend me?

Use it as a money maker. Then make a lvl 10 and mad sheep train it

I dont really want to use it as cashmaker since i have 6 arleady i think i will just skill on gargoyle as didi said and when my pacc runs out i will attack other player.
I just want do get him 90-95/x max before lvl 100
