If I bot 5 other characters but not my main will my main be safe?
If they delete all 5 other characters which will be unregistered and have no contact with my main.
I will drop gold into a monsters dead body, then pick it up from my main
Do you guys think it will be safe? Only way is through ip right?
Is stupid to say "safe" since botting in general isn't safe. However I doubt they will spot your main then. Maybe through IP and connection logs but none knows how Cipsoft works against botting, might be safe, and might not be.. I have been botting my main and another character on same account for over a year and still haven't got banned. Notice that I bot it through all stamina and not an amount of hours a time.

But guys, isnt there a possibility (spelling) that I'm a big botter, and my brother is manually playing? Wouldnt we have the same IP?

I have always had an account that i regard as my main account (not botted )even though its alot lower level chars on it that my bot accounts, I just keep it premmed up and rent a house with it in thais. I keep all my cash and valuables there, Ive lost a few bot accounts but my main has always stayed safe, Im upto 57kk now just pure CC's without all my eq's addons items etc.

im finding this to be the best method, after loosing 80kks and several 'safer' chars i keep everything in a non botted house.. Since the change where they send IP and graphic info i start using flash only for it (any difference?) certainly better than taking a loss.

on my bot computer I use a vpn showing my IP in another country, and my main computer I use my normal IP (where I play my main account). I've botted on and off for several years and never been caught on bot characters, and never been deleted on my main account.

It seems most bans are from reports. Try to reduce the amount of bot reports you receive by not afking as much, and not in popular botted places. there is no such thing as auto detection, just other players reporting you and getting lucky by shooting down the pipeline and hitting your name on some CIP fatboys desk

They likely have heuristics are too computationally demanding to run on the entire player pool that they use to check players that receive enough reports and/or trigger some other flag. Just getting reported a lot is definitely not going to get you banned unless you actually bot (on some character).
