Cant Find ''tools''?

Hello, when I right-click myself I should be able to see the "tools" bar underneath ''support right''? I cant find it anywhere...
Can anyone help me with this? I need to eat food etc..

What happens if you right click the grey bar to the right of the player screen but before you get to the equipment/backpacks?
