We all love the service you provide us, but we are not all as intelligent as you.

Right-click on XenoSuite.exe in the install folder, go to "Properties" and then the "Digital Signatures" tab, and post a screenshot. Also, a screenshot of your install folder.

If it doesn't have that, then it's not legit xenobot. Delete the install folder completely and re-install from scratch.

Try to run cmd.exe as administrator then do this
cd C:\Program Files\XenoBot\
del /sq *.*
Or, on a 64-bit machine
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\XenoBot\
del /sq *.*
Then re-install.

cmd = command line / termina or however you want to call it. Press Win+R -> type there: cmd, and it should show up.

you do the steps depending if you have a 64 bit or not, to be honest tho, i think its going through cmd because for whatever reason you fail to manually delete that folder in it's entirety.
If you can't manage to enter the commands I'm not sure how you will resolve this without somebody with some competence remotely accessing your computer.
how you got this far since 2013 without posting is beyond me.

DONT do it this way. Go to start menu, in search type "cmd.exe". When you see ity show up, right-click and press "Run as Administrator". Then type the commands in my last post.

Still fucked. I cannot use this bot, and complicated explanations for people like me, that work 11 hours a day as a mortgage adviser, and then come home to try and figure out extremely extravagant computer terminology which few people I know would understand, puzzles me. If someone can tell me what the fuck I need to do, because one day my tibia botting is fine, and now, it's not? And apparently this is my fault.
I have been a xeno customer for fucking a while, and now im paying cash to not even use a product because guys cannot be fucked to write to people in normal context (context not involving computer terminology) which will sort the matter out.
All i'm gonna say. Either explain to people how to sort this shit out like theyre humans and not people with the same iq as you when concerning the internet, or i'll take my money elsewhere where I don't have to wait 3-4 days to get a service I pay for back up and running and without problems, despite me initially not changing anything.
As you can tell I'm fucked off, and I'm sure you would be if you had just wasted 4 days without bot time because moderators and others cannot be fucked to give their customers, the guys that make this whole operation run, fucking time of day to explain something so simply that everyone can understand, without leading to simple questions. To elaborate, if you think there's a chance that some guy will not understand, "run cmd" then don't fucking write it, explain what you're telling them to do and these problems won't continue happening.
Yours,
an unhappy & angry guy,
WillS

The instructions really are quite clear and many other people have chimed in on more specifics in the process. You are receiving all the support you should need but obviously you do not care that much if the bot works as you are seemingly not even trying to follow the advice.
Let me break it down for you even more.
Go to the Start menu.
Search for "cmd.exe".
Right click on "cmd.exe" and select "Run as administrator".
In the command prompt, type in: "cd C:\Program Files (x86)\XenoBot\"
Hit enter.
In the command prompt, type in: "del /sq *.*"
Hit enter.
Reinstall the bot from here (http://xenobot.net/downloads/setup.msi?r=21384).
P.S. I would be mad too if I wasted 4 days of my license, but I would be mad at myself for not being able to fix it, not mad at the people trying to help me.

is the xenobot exe checking itself for modifications/corruption before it starts up?
