I've heard stories, is it possible if you mail 1-5 mails to Cipsoft to get a deleted account back?

A guy on my server got undeleted this week on a 400 mage that was botted.

Was the deletion because of botting?

I got deleted 2-3 years ago for botting, but I emailed them (can't remember what I said) and after some days they undeleted me and gave me some premium days :p

Possible? Yes. Likely? No.

Of the more than 11 years (12 this year) I've played Tibia, only four times have I ever been successful at having an infraction, banishment or deletion lifted/removed. One was actually fairly recent. I was undeleted last year due to GM abuse in-game.

Just a tip: It definitely needs to be a professionally written email, so that you don't look like the "average Tibia player" (of age 12 or under) even if you are that young, lol. You're talking to adults - act like one.

"Hey menz, GM ban me and lost itenz. Nots fairs manz. UNBAN ME NOW SHITS!" NO!

EDIT: I can help you out with it, if you'd like. ;) Doesn't guarantee undeletion, though.
