Because they recognize either your ip, your graphic card id or your e-mail address. They know from the moment you create your character that you've botted in the past and likely will do so again therefore they run checks on your character right away and since your script isn't good enough to get past their checks they ban you.

Haha, make accounts with different registration, account name, and password, and try to bot them in hidden places.

Use Tor when creating accounts. Use Pingzapper when botting account. Never log into an account using your own IP. Script a waypoint randomizer using math.random(x,x) so that your character hardly follows the same path twice when hunting. Randomize everything possible; Which depot your character chooses, which path you'll take when leaving a city, etc. It's a lot of work but has helped when I was getting hit with deletions daily.
