account lost help

I had an account unregistered etc... Have you guys had any luck on emailing cipsoft and retrieving an account that's not registered. If it helps. I know all chars and account name of the account. What would be the next step in getting it back. Or is it just a lost account now.

yes it was premium, not anymore, and i know for a fact its not deleted because I can still search all characters on the account

So if you know the character name why can't you just use the lost account interface, enter in the name, select 'I have forgotten both my password and my account name.' and get it back that way?

Doesn't matter, you just have to know the email that you signed up with, or try to guess it at least.
