Blue Spot on the map

Hello guys i've never notice this before but sometime during my boting session i see blue spot on my screen( it look a litle bit like a teleport)

Any idea what it might be?!

This would be extremely funny if they did, a world completely inhabited by botters, tons of money being tossed everywhere from level 8 dicers that were deleted, level 400+'s trying to rook themselves out of seer anger from being deleted lol it'd be amazing chaos

And I'd like them to go back to when creatures couldn't disappear from being lured too far. Bring GS's back to thais depot hahah
