[Windows 7 x86] Crashing after killing monster

Crashing after killing monster Behaviors: Client Debug

Indepth Description:
When I'm playing open tibia servers, which is all I've played for the last 3 - 5 years without going on real tibia.

I kill a novice of the cult and the client crashes, tried it with there custom client and also real tibia 10.38.
Client just states windows client has stopped working.

Would anybody be able to help me with the above, it doesn't crash with any other bots that I generally use such as Tibia Auto, Tibia NG

Then is there a way to get a refund? due to not playing real tibia, i only purchased it yesterday.
