New reporting script

Alright guys, I just saw a cast with a script that is reporting ppl for nothing. The guy stands on the boat and runs the script. Any guy that pops into his screen gets a report.
This is just a lil warning, I for myself will walk to towns for now lol.

it could be true the lvl 645 on iona that got deleted got his acc back because cip said that there was some mistake or something but he was pretty sure that he just got mass reported for nothing

this would actually be very good.
It has been suggested on this forum before, when the reporting system first came out, to make as many 'false' reports as possible to make as many false positives as possible.

I mean, 3 of the hlvl deletions on my server got their chars back, so just a guess..
