I have this issue as well. It just appeard from nowhere.. I have no anti virus and my firewall is not activated, and yes I am running it as an admin.

I had this pop up 2 x, few days later both occasions I was banned. Maybe coincidence or maybe its something that happens when CIP runs the detection tool on your pc ? could be something worth looking into

Maybe you just need to restart the PC then. Computers are funny things.

There's no client-sided detection tools, any detection runs on the server (i.e. not on your PC)
