Banned?

Hi guys,

Just been banned on 1 of my accounts, don't worry i am not here to moan I was botting it happens :). My question is when you get banned I thought you was able to log in to the account on the webpage for up to 7 days to see why you where banned im not able to do that anyone know why?

also i sent an email to cipsoft to try and get unbanned does that ever work? I have brought 6 premium scroll every month for last 4 months so I should be in with a good chance and i threatened to charge back those scrolls on papal unless they restore my account.

Anyway any info will be helpful ill post Cipsofts reply on here if anyone interested.

If it's a bot deletion, ur acc is instantly removed and u will not be able to login to it on the website.

Also, emails have a low chance of working. I'd say try it, but it's like 10% chance, maybe even 5%, that they undelete you.

if u threaten them, u will never get it back, just saying.

its not a threat it is promise lol what they gonna do freeze a banned account lol. and if I make future purchases ill use someone elses card and new ip should be ok

hes just telling you that sending a threatening e-mail is a waste of your time, better spent initiating your charge backs.

Yer i know, like I said ill post there reply here if people want. Who knows might get lucky seeing as I do spend a lot with them.
