Power leveling a 90 ms

I have a lvl 90 ms with unlimited cash, I also have a 40 day voucher. I've taken 55-90 at oramond, I plan on staying there till 100+ since I get about 1kk an hour. Any suggestions on where to level the fuck out of my character, I play hardcore pvp but am on the leading guild. Open to advice!!!

Grim reapers with a blocker, was there from level 50-150 in Drefia and that was with no voucher. Just use beam attacks in groups of mobs.
