I paid for Xeno, but it still says my subscription is not active

I just payed for my Xeno again this morning, but it still says subscription not active when i login. can i get some help with this?

Relax up to 2hours or something, If not your subscription has been active the time havent started.
So wont lose any xenobot time

Does your payment still show pending on PayPal due to a bank/check transfer that's not instant?
