I'm not interested in the 'metals' that he can make for you. Prior to those quests there were already coded quests for this npc. There are conditions that if met he will create for you the item you are requesting.

Example:
Player: fire sword
A Sweaty Cyclops: Do lil' one want to trade a fire sword?
Player: dragon shield
A Sweaty Cyclops: Do lil' one want to trade a dragon shield?
Player: sword of valor
A Sweaty Cyclops: Do lil' one want to trade a sword of valor?
Player: warlord sword

Those are the recipes that I am looking for. Any of the 4.
