Tibia Complete Freezes

I have been getting tibia freezes. Its not a lag as in my screen is choppy, or i get the rubber banding where I bounce back and forth, but as in I just completely freeze. Everything stops, myself, monsters, healing, messages and all. After 2 to 3 seconds I am unfrozen and back to 150 fps. Could it be a driver issue, a graphical setting or something else. Like I said, I sit at 150 fps and randomly get this issue. I'v died tons while hunting or running through monsters just because I freeze. Has anyone else had this or found a fix?

have you checked to see if some process is spiking at the same time you freeze
