atm i can only open 2 tibia programs at a time. is there a way to do more?

I use sandboxie and I run more than 10 clients without problems, just create more boxes!

Sandboxie Control -> Sandboxie -> Create New Box

Why don't you use XenoMC ? It doesn't modify client so it's undetectable.

I use an old cracked version of Sanboxie, current versions use hardware fingerprint so its fucked up

No, you probably (like you said) wont be able to open more than X quantity of boxes due to using a free-trial version.
Try looking for old versions and then just look for names/keys on google, it will take you 1 minute to find some.
I use version 3.46 if you wanna know...
