Explain Deposit Item WPT

Can someone explain to me how the new "Deposit Item"-WPT work.
I have a hard time figuring it out for some reason.

Where do i choose what items to be deposited and how do i make it deposit in BPs? Or am i way to high for all of this?

You can set the location for each item in the Looter.

Yes, but that the part i dont figure out.
To what do i set it? The depositer doesn't open BPs.
