Well mates, I'm Ropiderz :) as you can see..

I'm interested on learning some Lua, so now I decided to come here on this forum, people here apparently appear cool and not kiddie :D, and for me the best choice for learn is playing.

Well, I'm botter since 2008 and I know basically, C# and IronRuby, some people may remember me as old "ZP Theart".

[Syntax]

Since you already know a couple of languages all you really need to know is the syntax and the functions.
You should have the concept of programming down.

Follow the PIL and by the end you should have a good grasp of things.
The next thing would just be to familiarize yourself with XenoBot specific functions.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\XenoBot\Data\XenoLuaLib.lua" contains all the functions you will need.

Read each Xenobot update news release to learn how to use the functions. There's usually examples when new functions are added.

Thanks for the support, I know a little bit of lua and reading know it's pretty similar to Ruby, it'll be easier to make some scripts ;D
