Still possible to create new bot accounts??

It's still possible to bot new accounts?? yesterday my 140 lvl x3 knight moneymaker got deleted and the last 4 accounts I made were deleted in between 2 hours and 2 days, I want to make a new high lvled account starting from 0 since I wont keep botting with my main and I dont know if it's possible, I don't want to spend 2,5kk in premium if i'm gonna get deleted 2 days after buying it.
Will I be safe if I buy pacc?
any recomendation?

i never got dleted on my pacc bot eks.
i only get deleted on faccs so do it buy PACC!
