Looking for a 350+ mage.

Hey has the title says im going to be looking for a 350+ mage, im not in a hurry to buy at the moment, but it must be open pvp, transferable, base ml of 96~, also i dont care about sub characters on the account since its only the mage ill be paying for, also not bothered about quests or that.
