Hi - as title says, I am looking to buy an account with someone who is willing trust me using a PayPal verified account (registered in 2006, I have 100% positive feedback on eBay since 2006)

PS - I am still setting up my Skrill account (account and my identity has been verified but it won't allow me to add funds at the moment. i am from the US so maybe that requires additional steps (if it's even allowed at all). if that ever goes through, I will offer to pay with Skrill
