I dont think we need to have any research regarding that it is, since most guys probably have masturbated every day since they were 13 or so. Indeed it is.

What Im saying is, that porn specifically, not masturbation in itself, but porn with masturbation, is damaging you. The "some stuff that sets free" as you called it, its just not that simple. The body has a limited capacity on how much of for example dopamine it can release. The more you release, the more damaged those receptors become and thus you have less left when you continue your life. Ofcourse, they dont die as myths many times have told over drug addicts, they recover but still, if you dont let them but continue to watch every day, they dont recover fully, ever. I've not only read up on this via studies and studied psychology at the university, but I also have a documented history of alot of different drugs and can personally say that if you fuck up your neutrotransmitters, specifically seratonin (ecstasy) it will get you low for days, weeks even. And its not something that you may notice at first, because its there all the time, but you cant really touch it.

As with everything, it should be used with moderation. But most people dont. Guys mostly do porn once a day or more on average (speaking single guys atleast) and if you just masturbated, fine. But people dont. The porn damages your brain and re-programs it in many ways, that for example alot of people have a hard time to get a hard on with normal girls, because the porn has fucked up their brains so much.

Just think about it. You have access to UNLIMITED amount of free, top fucking grade porn, whatever weird fucking fetish you might have - porn will feed it.
