It can take 1h, it can take 24h. Usually it's updated quite fast, but you never know for sure :P

Alarm still exists. I just had many many changes in the works that I wanted to finalize to push with this Tibia update, so it's taking a bit longer than usual to perfect. It'll be here in the next 30 mins.
