New Staff Members

With XenoBot Binary right around the corner, we've made some final changes to the forum staff. Joshwa534 (http://forums.xenobot.net/member.php?6094-Joshwa534) has been promoted to an Administrator, so that he can continue to help the Official XenoBot Scripts service put out the best free scripts known to Tibia. Additionally, PunktG (http://forums.xenobot.net/member.php?650-PunktG) has become the first Official Reseller, and has been given a usergroup reflecting that. Within the next few days, he will put his powers to use and start selling XenoBot licenses for KKs.

Please give a congrats to these two users, they've earned their way!

I have emailed you about payments on xeno i have been billed over and over again email me back im sick of paying for a program i DO NOT use. In the account settings i made sure its not a reoccurring payment but it keeps taking money every month out of my bank. READ MY EMAIL AND EMAIL ME BACK!!!!!!! Richard.

Reoccuring payments are through PayPal, you have to cancel them through PayPal. There's several threads about this with instructions of how to do it but in case you failed to use the search function, follow these (https://www.paypal.com/tg/selfhelp/article/how-do-i-cancel-an-automatic-payment-i-have-with-a-merchant-faq2058) steps.

FYI, money withdrawn from your bank is actually money pulled out by PayPal and sent to XenoBot. There's no option to pay via bank transfers here. In the future, go through the company that's handling your payments, especially if they're automated payments, because there's typically a super simple way to opt out of payments (i.e. its a lot easier to opt out via PayPal than to contact merchants).
