Chat Channel, new xeno - few questions

Hello, I am begginer scripter and I am going to share my scripts with community, but before it I would like to ask you few questions.

First of all, there is something new from lua side in new version of xenobot? I mean, should I know something new about lua scripting, is something different?

Second question is about chatchannel like here:

How can I do something like this? Can you show me a tutorial or a simple script with it? Also what about commands like /help or /config inside? Maybe it's good idea to use already created script by someone?

OX is open source.. That means you can look at their source code and see how they do it...

If you click the "Examples" button in the Scripter, you'll find an example called "recentLootChannel.lua". That script has some example code on how to do this.

As long as they're not paid scripts, yes. You can even submit your scripts to us using a Pull Request (https://github.com/OXGaming/oxscripts/pulls). If they are approved by me, they'll be added to the Get Scripts button and credit will be given to you.

Although, if someone tries to take our free library and put a price tag on scripts using our library, the scripts will be removed and the user will be infracted (or banned if the issue repeats itself).

I thought this was gonna help people who sold scripts too by improving the quality of scripts... I guess I was wrong, since it is just gonna ruin them.

Why would I allow someone to benefit financially from my work when I'm doing it for free?

Technically you are selling them because you are getting some income for your work (new licenses tax, etc), aren't you?

We aren't selling anything, we're being paid more as like sub-contracted employees.. we don't get money per script downloaded (or "sold").

As for helping the community, our code is the best around and its open sourced, if you're unable to figure out how to code something, check out our library as a reference.

I gotta confess I love how new scripts look.
