Paladin - Low level high skills

Hi there!
I'm looking to purchase a low level paladin with high skills.
I don't care what world type it is. It can be optional pvp, open pvp, retro pvp or hardcore pvp.
I'd prefer not Preview worlds - but if this is the case let me know.

Level should be between 8-100.
Distance level should be over 100.
