cant use trial

i have installed the the xenobot today for the first time but when i try using the account
trial:trial it says i dont have trial time. can somebody help me? i tryied reinstalling but no success.
please be patient with me, its my first time using a bot.

So either you've used a trial on your computer already or you are really just doing something wrong I suppose.

i started searching this bot thing only today, i havent ever used it, so i think its some kind of problem on the database
or something like that. do any of you know a moderator?
if so he could confirm that this is the first time i`m using this computer on this site.
