Photoshop help! (Car-related tho)

I consider replacing my wheels with black ones, or paint them black. But the cheapest path to go would be to either plastidip them or have someone photoshop them in a realistic black color.
Is there anyone who'd like to help a fellow retard with some PS work?
Could pay in in-game gold or w/e if that's needed :).
