There is no option to change it, either accept it or stop using exori con.
The reason this happens is because the bot uses built in random waits for casting spells to look like a person instead of casting it at the same time every time.

Not to be rude, but casting 4 exori con and no arrows doesnt look human to me. Cant there be a very small delay between arrow/con instead? That time could you also make random. Every paladin player does it arrow-con every reset, nothing unhuman in that. And sure it should be delays, but were talking miliseconds, not seconds.

This may solve your problem, it works with Bow and Crossbow

This one I use, change ammoID to whatever ammo you use, checks if an arrow has been fired then use exori san/con
