Missing MSVCR100.dll

Can someone help me, when i open XenoBot this appears http://imgur.com/tNQD0Lr

So i tried downloading Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2010 and then 2015 but this happened http://imgur.com/voVmsJ9
then I decided to uninstall Xenobot and reinstall it and it wont let me install it. http://imgur.com/lFjxyjo

Reboot the PC and check for Windows updates, see if it still comes up through them, its been a long time since I've seen a Redist~ error.
