is there any way I can set my potions/strikes/runes or whatever else on some special hotkey like insert/ctrl/special mouse button?

There was a bunch of code released with Binary for mapping hotkeys, take a look at the change log.\
It's only a couple extra one's though including the F's so you might want to look at a third party tool.
