I am a huge fan of xenobot products; however, i have noticed strange occurrences as of late.
1. Xenobot requiring reactivation sooner than 30 days after purchase.
2. Recently i noticed that there is now automatic reoccurring payments that do not require authorization. ( I of course canceled that via paypal)
3. Price increase although, slightly understandable since we are reviving "Free" scripts so now every spawn will be over flowed with people using the same scrips.
4. THE DATES ARE UNDERLINED, WHY I MADE MULTIPLE PURCHASES IS BECAUSE I DIDN'T NOTICE, 5.95 OR 7.95 ISN'T A LOT, ITS THE PRINCIPAL OF THE SITUATION NOT THE MONEY.
Please explain why this is occurring.

Why it has increased is because the latest "patch" or what to say. With 2$ you get alot of scripts for free and much more. That's why it gone from 5.75 to 7.95

The $7.95 recurring payment started in December when you purchased XenoBot. Every purchase before that was a manual purchase that you made yourself. Your license was never deactivated early. You have a license that is valid until February 21st of next year (seems due to a double-purchase, probably due to you not realizing it was auto-recurring). And it's very clear what you've done, if you knew to read.
See this at the bottom of the payments page:
Validity periods marked with a * indicate that this subscription is recurring.
After the initial subscription period is complete, the subscription will automatically be renewed with a new charge.
Then, look at the options. There are TWO payment options at $7.95. Once is followed by a *, the other is not. If you didn't ask yourself what the * means and then check the bottom of the page, that's your fault. Just for future reference, typically, when something is marked with a * it means that there's further information about that thing in the page footer. This is very common, and not at all misleading.
where can i check if my subscription is recurring?

Putting it in the smallest font, outside the whole panel, does not make it misleading at all? :D Hahaha
How do I cancel recurring payments btw? I didnt even know it's possible with PayPal. (I Don't have any recurring payments atm, but how would I go ahead and cancel them? Not jut xenobot, but anything really)
Google did not help. Only shows guides for the old paypal layout

The entire payment system is shipped with VBulletin. There are no modifications I have made to it. This includes font sizes and positioning - these are all stock configurations.

If you click on the payment itself to see details, there will be some link to a recurring payments panel AFAIK.

1. The times before December that I purchased Xenobot were only due to the fact that when i loaded Xenobot the program told me my license was expired and to order a new one.
2. To change a payment plan that has been a manual reorder for so long into a reoccurring plan and not make that known in attention grabbing FONT SUCH AS THIS may be considered misleading to some.
3. Perhaps an official announcement or a disclaimer should be made to prevent further misunderstandings, since you aren't trying to mislead your loyal customers and all.
4. I would like to point out that I wouldn't purchase a new license unless i was unable to access my Xenobot.
5. Last but not least I am not trying to be a thorn in your foot, and I'm a very big fan of your work. DarkstaR

This was a bug - if you lost a network connection when it tried to re-verify, it would say this. If it does that in the future, try to restart XenoSuite (it should be fixed now though).

As mentioned above, the font size and everything else is set by the integrated VBulletin payment system. I'll write a plugin to make it larger, if possible, when I have some time.

See above.

I appreciate the feedback, sorry for any confusion.

Literally everything from school work when I was 10 years old, to random spam advertisements in the mail, to tv commercials all use a "*" to indicate that there is more information on that specific topic at the bottom.
