Reconnect - Delay after "different IP" error

Hi,

The reconnect feature via session does not work if your ip changes when you get DC'd, would be great if the bot read the error message received and stopped trying to reconnect for a while, because sometimes the bot attempting to reconnect makes it harder to relog manually.

Pause the bot (Pause button on the keyboard) and you will be able to login manually without bot attempts to reconnect ;)
