Change targeting priority

I need change priority Rotworms the High for If Stuck in determined condition.
I searched the wiki documentation, but did not find anything related to this. It exists in Xenobot?

I am making a trainer. When someone move it will change the targeting of rotworms to If Stuck (if you trap), and go out hunting location.
