Dude, those are on port 443 which your router / ISP wont have open and you wont be bound to. 443 is default SSL port, those are active connections to websites over HTTPS. Not your attackers, lol. Here's an example: Second line has the IP 201.175.77.110. Put it into your browser and you'll see a hard redirect to google.com. Why? Because that's a Google IP address.

Most attacks on residences will use stateless UDP connections and flood the router, not the PC, so you wont see them in netstat.

So stop being a vindictive little shit trying to use your limited/non-existent knowledge of networking to post IP addresses that you don't know anything about. You're actually lucky that you didn't accidentally post your own IP address and help any enemies to easily attack you.

Just to chime in here, "dont really use" and "dont use" are two completely different things.

As long as you use Skype, you're revealing your IP to the world, that's a fact.

Just a hint to get you past the attacks: delete Skype & TeamSpeak and never look back.

Ddos attacks are growing in numbers exponentially every single day and since there's nothing being done about it,
you should consider trying to protecting yourself before it gets worse, because trust me, it gets much worse.
