Paypal safe transaction

I've heard it's easy to scam people through paypal transactions. Like someone can easily cancel payment and get money back..

Is there any safe way to do it? I'm selling account and I don't want to be scammed.

If you are from Sweden you got "wish, but if not I guess the only "safe" way would be trough a bank-transfer

There's no safe way to do it on paypal. The money can be charged back anytime.
