Also I have this issue: so I tried paying for Xenobot, I get into my paypal acc in which I do have money, but it says that I need to link a credit card to it, it's the first time that I got asked to do that in order to buy something, Is there a way to buy xenobot ? Or did I just wasted my money ?

There are no requirements for Edron Earth Elementals other than the level.
Regarding your PayPal issue, do you have the required amount of money on your PayPal account and is your account verified?


Yes I just bought premmy acc with that acc, I don't own a credit card at the moment so I transfer money using my debit card to paypal

Alright, so the money is not on your PayPal account balance right now but is transferred using direct-debit once you pay, right?
In that case, I am not sure if direct-debit payments are allowed right now or if you can only pay using your "real PayPal balance" or a credit card. I will have to ask DarkstaR about that. Once I have an answer I will get back to you.

Wait, so are you considering transfering money to your PayPal account waste or did you actually get charged when trying to buy a XenoBot subscription but did not receive your license?

I have 10 bucks on my paypal account which I was going to use in order to buy the 7usd month on the bot, but then I got asked to link a credit card on my paypal acc, which I do not have, I just payed a premmy acc on tibia with that paypal acc, so the thing here is that Xenobot security information on paypal asks for linked card to the paypal acc, I would like to pay for my subscription

Alright, so you actually have the money on your PayPal account and due to the fact that you transferred the money using your debit-card your PayPal account should also be verified as far as I know. In that case you should not have any issues buying a subscription. That is weird indeed. That also means that I can not help you further right now, unfortunately you'll have to wait for DarkstaR as he is the only one that has access to everything regarding payments. I have left him a message and I am sure he will help you as soon as he wakes up. The only thing I can tell you is that you can be sure that your 10 bucks are not wasted.
