Script that says something when player detected.

Hiho! I am looking for a little script that stops and says something when player appears on screen.
And after doing this it has to run walker again of course.
Walker Stop, SelfSay and Walker Start, you know.

but what if the same person happens to walk onscreen again whether by accident or purposely, youll repeat the same phrase.. possibly a way around this but that'd be my main concern :P
