Hey guys,

I've been inactive for a long time and I'm wondering how did XenoBot evolve? What are the major improvements in the last updates of XB and are they also offered as already-done scripts? How about vocation hunting for example?

Built in scripts are pretty good on the whole. They aren't particularly efficient nor human-like in the way they work, but they get the job done (if you used OXScripts prior, it's basically the same, maybe slightly higher quality). On the whole, I'm actually remarkable grateful for this feature since it makes life easier just being able to click and afk.

The other big feature I was excited about was http://monitor.xenobot.net - it allows you to check up while out and about. Sadly, it hasn't worked for me for any more than 20% of the time since I started using XB again (few days ago), so I can't say I'm overly impressed. When it did work it was fairly clean though.

those built-in scripts, who made them? Nick himself? :D
I thought it would be now possible to exp druid and knight human-like (ek luring, druid waving, runes etc) in a party :/

Joshwa534 and Syntax made most of the new built-in scripts; and you can make your characters work together with lua scripts. A few people have made them.

What isn't working about it? Works every single time I go to the link, or refresh it.

Pretty sure my XenoSuite connection keeps timing out or doing some stupid shit. Previously have had errors like "invalid response~~", now have an error "Failed to connect to XenoBot server~~". Generally speaking I'm pretty sure it's a server stability problem. I leave XenoSuite running 24/7 with occasional reboots, after a reboot it works for a few hours then stops permanently. I sign back in, sometimes it works some more, then eventually it stops again. Other times, I sign back in and still get nothing.

Possible, yes, but it would need far more effort than I think anyone is willing to invest in this industry now. There's a lot of doom lurking about, and people foreseeing the end of Tibia or at least botting. I'm pretty sure the most limiting factor is what the software is capable (more so than what Lua people are willing to write), since currently you would have to run two sets of waypoints with checks for other heroes and stuff. Not ideal IMO.

Nick hired OXScripts (as Elvang says, Joshwa534 and Syntax), I believe they are open source and what not, and you can find them on Github.

That's definitely an issue on your end, maybe you have a firewall not allowing the requests, or cloudflare has blacklisted your IP for certain form of requests (typically do to having some infection that participates in DDoS or similar). If XenoMonitor went down, I'd know it, and it hasn't.

Strange. When I mentioned it in Slack people said they had experienced the same thing. IPFire hosts my DMZ / main network but shouldn't be blocking any comms on regular ports. My net has been unstable today although right now it's working fine. I haven't seen any instability when I've not been able to access monitor. Possible, but unlikely, that I've partaken in botnet activities (a lot of shit gets downloaded into the DMZ which probably isn't safe), but those activities would not last for any sustained period as I'd notice the traffic.

I can do some testing but I've never had a problem with the monitor.

Alright, a couple of probably related things I noticed... Today I got a message saying my license has expired (logged back in and now says I've got 20 days), and I believe this "Invalid response format" message is related directly to whatever is going wrong:

There are no useful log files that I can see (only from the bot itself, none from the suite). Is there any suite logging which may be useful?
