I want step for step where to level from 40-150 :)
PS: I GONNA MANUAL AS WELL!!

50-80 Mother of Scarabs Lair
80-100 Souleaters
100-150 Oramond West/Hero Fortress/Souleaters/Lizard City

Lvl 45-100 SD DLS @ POI or FENROCK manashield until fireset maybe 75+
