window 8.1 Behaviors: Client Freeze/Crash

Indepth Description:
Saying my license expire now.
first month wasn't doing that at all until I repurchase/renew two month thingy, now it keep crashing my bot killing my char. please help.
when I click on the login tab on the xenobot, "Invalid Format" error message showing up.
