can not go up or down stairs

For the scripts, MS vampire -3 -4 my bot will not ever go down to the lower level were the stronger vampires are. Also for demon war RP my pally will not go up stairs, is there anything I can do to fix this problem.

so all I need to do is change false to true brother and hit reload ?
