I am using Windows 10

Sometimes changing to news then back to login helps, other times restarting the bot, other times I can't seem to fix it. If the bot has never worked, it's possibly related to your network / firewall. If you're in an educational establishment or company premises using their internet, it's more likely to bet a network firewall you can't change. If it's intermittent please advise as Darkstar may be interested - it's an issue which I think has been seen quite a bit.

The bot has worked for me perfect for few months now, it is on my own personal laptop using my house internet,
yesterday while i was botting with no problems i closed xenobot and tried to open it again, since then i keep getting this message..
woudl really appreciate it if anyone could help me with this problem

Have you rebooted your PC at all between attempts? Or even restarted Xeno?

I have restarted pc several times, completely wiped xenobot from my computer and re-installed it about 3 times.
Still i receive the same error.. :( its really annoying

Do you have any firewall / security software installed? If not, do you have Microsoft Security Essentials? If you do, try disabling them then starting the bot. It's possible they are in learning mode and have stopped Xeno making any calls home as a security measure.
