Where to make money?

Hello.
Im wondering where is best places from 8 lvl to start making cash on facc knights. Any ideas? I need as many places as possible. :)

Also i would like to ask how much k per h is good on 10-40 lvl facc knight.

you can start making cash from level 8, but i recomend to start hunting trolls, until lvl 20 then skill a little bit to skill 60 or somethin with trolls or rotworms, then start to use two handed weapon, and go to shadow thorn, when you hit lvl 50, you can move to outside orc fortress, then you stay there until lv 75 or 80, and go to coryms till 110, and finally go to venore dragon lair, thats what i do with my free money makers :D
